I can't believe a week had past since I temporarily moved in to my brother's house while he and his family went on holiday.  I didn't turn his house upside-down nor did I throw any parties.  In fact, I was too busy during the week to party-hardy anyway. -LoL-

I woke up this morning before my alarm went off.  It was no thanks to my incessant coughing that has been the bane of my very existence this past few weeks now.  Anyway, I was kinda nervous that I might not wake up early enough to make it to work on time, but turns out I did OK.

So I'm a day behind updating my experience, but yesterday I was just kinda all-over the place to actually find some time to sit down, fire up my laptop and start updating my house-sitting experience.

Suffice to say I didn't sleep well my first night here.

Why?

So, today marks Day 1 of my house-sitting my brother's house while he and his whole family (along with his in-laws) are off to Cali for 2 weeks enjoying a well-deserved holiday.

This afternoon I was blessed to have the house all to myself.  Sis went out with her beau; the 'rents went out as well and I was left home alone.  It was nice.  And on top of that, the sun was shining high and bright -- but the temperature was shitty, still, there was SUNSHINE and that made it perfect enough for me.
